Pricing

Rooms start at $850/month, based on size, furnishings, program length, and move-in date.
All rates include utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry access, and furnished common areas.

To ensure a peaceful, respectful, and safe environment for all residents, the following guidelines must be followed:

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas, no smoking or vaping anywhere in residential home.
No illegal drugs or alcohol allowed at any time by anyone.
No one under the age of 18 may live on-site.
No pets are allowed in the home.
Do not take photos or videos of other residents without written permission.
Physical or verbal abuse, destruction of property, harassment, or creating unsafe conditions will result in immediate removal by authorities and termination of participation in the program.

All residents are expected to follow weekly cleaning rotations for common areas. Missing a cleaning assignment may result in a $25 charge.
Dishes must be cleaned immediately after use. Any dishes soaking must be fully cleaned within 24 hours.
No personal belongings may be left in shared spaces. Please remove all items after use.
Staff may conduct room inspections or searches at any time for safety and compliance.

To ensure the safety, privacy, and security of all residents, guests are not permitted on the property at any time. This includes family members, friends, or acquaintances.
Our home is a shared living environment with structured programming, and maintaining a stable and consistent atmosphere is essential for everyone’s success. All meetings with family, friends, or outside contacts must occur off-site at an appropriate location.
Quiet Hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM – this includes no loud conversations, phone calls, or television during this time.

Each resident must confirm their understanding and acceptance of these rules before moving in.
